Legalised, sworn and certified translation services
The challenge
We have provided legalised, sworn and certified translation services for the legal Department of a large organisation operating with partner companies both in Italy and abroad in the following sectors: infrastructure, energy, environmental services, plumbing and heating, civil and military aviation, building and real estate.
Among the various translation projects that we have managed, the Italy-Poland project is the most notable in terms of importance. We were involved in translating a substantial number of technical legal documents which were subsequently certified by a sworn translator in Poland.
Interlinguae was therefore legally responsible for the documents that were translated and certified by the sworn translator.
This assignment required a thorough understanding of the legal sector as well as the need to commission a sworn translator in the target country (in this case Poland) to do the translation and checking.
We were responsible for translating the legal material we were given accurately, efficiently and quickly while using the correct terminology at all times.
The solution
A dedicated Project Manager identified a team with a great deal of experience translating and certifying legal documents, from Italian and English into Polish and vice versa.
We worked closely with the client, providing each other with continuous feedback and a great deal of other useful information which ensured that we were able to deliver the project to the high standard required.
In recent years we have specialised in Legal Translation Services and have employed a dedicated team of translators who can provide sworn translations both in Italy and abroad.
